At The Garment Copenhagen, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are in unworn, original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse has inspected and approved the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
